Belleveiw Village: Sub-division project

Belleview Village is a mixed residential and commercial development, with the inclusion of a childcare facility.  Featured in this project are 52 townhouses, 8 retail tenancies and childcare building.

G&P were contracted to perform all the earthworks, retaining walls, sewerage, stormwater, water reticulation, road design, and applications to authorities for all the servicing to the site (gas, water, sewerage, electricity and NBN).  Included in our scope is the preparation of contract administration for the civil works contractors.

Through smart design, G&P were able to bring cost savings to our client by implementing an above ground water storage system, thereby reducing the amount of underground water storage requirements.  In addition to this, our holistic approach incorporated vehicular safety walls, coordinating with our structural design team for the design of all buildings and retaining walls on the site.

G&P were subsequently engaged to do the structural design of all the buildings on the site, following the completion of the civil works.
