G&P Consulting engineers is please to be working along side one of Melbourne’s most renown and sought after Architects to deliver this luxury home of architectural excellence nestled in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious suburb of South Yarra.

This project is a luxury home over three levels above basement parking. The project features basement parking for six cars, with a gym, sauna, theater room, studio and cellar also seated in the basement level. At ground level there is a large open plan living overlooking the generous alfresco and fish pond, plus a study and reading room. First floor features the sleeping quarters, with a further garden terrace level above the bedrooms overlooking the estate. Each level is serviced with an elevator lift from basement through to roof top terrace.

G&P have been engaged to do the structural and civil design of this project, and have been working closely with the architects to ensure this project is well detailed with smart design for a smooth construction process.
