Project Description
G&P are regularly engaged to complete Forensic Structural Integrity Assessment reports, including a detailed Scope of Works, for insurance claims regarding impact damages. Most impact damage investigations are due to vehicular impacts and trees falling onto buildings.
A car collided into a carpark barricade, causing the barricade to break out sections of a structural masonry wall. This incident also lead to further investigations and concerns regarding the structurally inadequate suspended slab and complexities regarding rectification methods.
G&P were engaged to complete a Forensic Structural Integrity Assessment report, with a focus on structural safety concerns and presenting a detailed Scope of Works for reinstatement purposes.
